I am Mayra Espinosa, a resident and active community member of District 1 for 24 years.

I am running for Pacifica City Council. I am deeply invested in the future of District 1 and Pacifica. My experience in business, real estate, and community service provides a unique perspective on our neighborhood’s challenges.

I will focus on:

• Affordable Housing: Leveraging my real estate expertise, I will propose and implement creative solutions to our housing crisis and assure our families have a decent and safe place to live.

• Economic Development: I support local businesses, mainstays of our local economy, and will work to attract new opportunities.

• Community Engagement: I will ensure the diverse voices in our district are heard.

• Environmental Issues: I am committed to protect our coastline and address climate change impacts.

• Infrastructure Improvement: I will advocate for improved roads, parks, and public spaces

My volunteer experience has taught me the importance of community collaboration. My diverse background allows me to bridge perspectives and find innovative solutions for a better future.
