  1. Mobile library in the Fairmont District: if you are this would be helpful, the library is asking the following –

    a. Day of week and time preferred

    b. Location to park

    c. Reason why Daly City and Sharp Park libraries aren’t accessible

 

2. Pacifica Resource Center food distribution site District 1

    One of our local churches is considering being a food distribution site with the PRC. If we can facilitate this, would you be

    willing to volunteer?

 

3. School bond: the school district is considering a bond to support school infrastructure. Although the need is there, some

     families will find the bond financially challenging. Are you interested in learning more?

 

Demographics of District 1

      a. Most diverse district in Pacifica

      b. 70% homeowners, 30% tenants

      c. 25% low income – approximately $75 K for a family of 4.

      d. District 1 is at risk for displacement and gentrification

      e. Least number of votes cast as any other Pacifica district

      f. The 2020 election for City Council was decided by under 20

         votes. Every vote counts!
